Pamela Louie joined the firm’s San Francisco office in 2009 as an associate in environmental litigation.
A native San Franciscan, Ms. Louie graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. in Legal Studies and a Minor in Rhetoric. She earned her J.D., cum laude, in 2008 from the University of San Francisco School of Law. During law school, she served as a San Francisco Small Claims Court mediator through the Mediation Clinic and counseled clients on employment matters through the Employment Law Clinic. She was a recipient of the Best Brief Award for Moot Court and the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Legal Research Writing & Analysis and Constitutional Law. Ms. Louie also received the Agnes O’Brien Smith scholarship from the Queen’s Bench Bar Association. Prior to joining Low, Ball & Lynch, Ms. Louie served as a Legal Research Attorney to the Hon. Charlotte Walter Woolard in the Law and Motion Department of the San Francisco Superior Court.
Ms. Louie is admitted to practice in the State of California.
