Pamela Helman is a senior litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Low, Ball & Lynch. Her practice focuses on environmental, business and employment litigation. Prior to relocating to the Bay Area from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Ms. Helman handled all aspects of litigation up to trial, including discovery, law and motion practice, depositions, expert retention, mediation and settlement negotiations for clients in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio. Since relocating to California, Ms. Helman has also conducted voir dire and second-chaired several trials.

Ms. Helman graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with honors in 2000 where she received a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Speech Communication. She also studied abroad in Jerusalem, Israel at the Hebrew University. She received her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2003 where she was the commencement speaker.  

Ms. Helman is admitted to practice in California, Pennsylvania and West Virginia as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
