Ramsey F. Kawar is a shareholder in our San Francisco Office. He joined the firm in 2006 and represents clients in construction and various liability, class-action matters and disputes arising from contracts, real estate and commercial lease agreements. In addition to litigation, his breadth of practice includes advising clients in long-term energy lease negotiations and corporate formations and asset purchase agreements. He handles disputes before the U.S. Trademark Trials and Appeals Board and is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Central Districts of California.
 

Originally a Bay Area native, Mr. Kawar graduated with a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley, and JD/MBA from Santa Clara University where he was a Technical Editor of the Santa Clara Computer and High Technology Journal. He worked for two start-up telecommunications companies in the development and technology roll-out phases before moving into litigation and entering his present practice at Low Ball & Lynch.  

 

Mr. Kawar is an advocate of International Sanctuary, www.isanctuary.org which rehabilitates trafficked women in India and the United States.
