Charles S. Redfield is a shareholder with an active practice in civil litigation. He has tried cases in state court and federal court, and has extensive appellate experience in both courts as well. Mr. Redfield has represented individuals, companies, public entities and insurers in a wide variety of cases, including personal injury, breach of contract, construction defect, and product liability.

Mr. Redfield grew up on the San Francisco peninsula and received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University. He received his J.D. degree from Santa Clara University in 1988, where he was a Comments Editor on the Law Review. Mr. Redfield joined Low, Ball & Lynch in 1989 and became a partner in 1996.

Mr. Redfield is a member of the California State Bar, the Eastern and Northern Districts of the U.S. District Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the Association of Defense Counsel.
