LINDA MEYER, is a shareholder, who specializes in public entity litigation, with an emphasis in public transit. Her practice is also comprised of private sector general litigation, including premises liability, product liability and construction defense.

Ms. Meyer did her undergraduate work at the University of California at Berkeley, and California State University East Bay, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She received her J.D. from Hastings College of the Law, University of California, San Francisco.

In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Meyer is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and the Defense Research Institute. She also serves as an arbitrator for the Santa Clara County Superior Court, and she has served as a settlement conference panelist for San Francisco County Superior Court.
