DAVID B. LYNCH is the senior partner of Low, Ball & Lynch. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1957 and received an LL.B. degree in 1960 from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley. He was an Associate Editor and contributing author of the California Law Review from 1958-60, and Associate Counsel, California State Senate Judiciary Committee from 1960-61. He was admitted to the California bar in January 1961 and served in the United States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps from 1961-63.

Mr. Lynch is a member of the State Bar of California (1961-present); Defense Seminar Association of San Francisco (President, 1985); Northern California Association of Defense Counsel (President, 1987); American Board of Trial Advocates (1969-present); California Defense Counsel (President in 1996); Defense Research Institute and Trial Lawyers Association (Northern California Regional Chairman 1990-present). Mr. Lynch was President of the San Francisco Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates in 1995. The American Board of Trial Advocates is a national organization of trial attorneys.
