Joseph Aguilar joined the Monterey office of Low, Ball & Lynch as an associate in 2012. His practice focuses on construction defect defense, personal injury defense, and public entity defense. Joseph is admitted to practice in the State of California.

Prior to joining the firm, Joseph practiced as a Volunteer Deputy District Attorney with the County of Santa Clara where he gained substantial courtroom experience. He managed weekly pre-trial calendars, extensive felony and misdemeanor motions practice, and conducting trials. As a Deputy District Attorney, Joseph tried two jury trials to verdict, attaining convictions in both. While in law school, he worked in a variety of litigation practice settings; including at the Securities and Exchange Commission, the in-house legal department of a fortune 500 telecommunications company, and law firms.
